We are proud to announce that we now offer British Sign Language (BSL) support to our customers! We understand the importance of clear communication and are committed to providing accessible and inclusive services to all our customers, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Customers can now reach out to us through video calls with our BSL-capable staff which this service allows for real-time, face-to-face communication, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed promptly.

We are dedicated to making our customers’ experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so to schedule a video call, simply fill out our online booking form by selecting the ‘Accessibility Support’ button on our Home or Contact Us page and select a convenient date and time.
