Important Update Regarding Our Trustmark Status

Transparency with our clients and partners is our top priority. Some of you may have noticed our company name recently appearing on a Trustmark suspension list, and we want to address this head-on.

To put it simply: This is a purely administrative error on Trustmark’s end. Here is what is actually happening:

🟢 To keep our profile clean and compliant, we made the proactive decision to remove the IWI measure for now until a suitable site is ready for audit.

🟢Trustmark has failed to update their system to remove this discontinued measure from our profile.

🟢Because this outdated measure remains on their list, their system has flagged an “anomaly” and unfairly triggered a suspension.

To say we are frustrated is an understatement. It is incredibly disappointing that an administrative oversight on their platform can result in a suspension that risks delaying retentions we are rightfully owed.

We want to reassure all our clients and network this has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of our work, our active accreditations, or our ongoing projects. We are still fully operational on all of our active measures.
