Shropshire Green Energy Centre are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy, forward thinking and innovative new team, based in our new office in Gateshead.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have previous customer service experience, with a good telephone manner.
- The successful applicant will provide administration support to the main office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Dealing with both outbound and inbound calls
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft, including excel and word
- Professional person who ideally has a level 3/4 Administrative qualification
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Able to work well in a team and under your own initiative.
- Able to take instruction well, absorb and retain information.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties
The ideal person would have experience with ECO, GBIS, SHDF and Flex Schemes, have claiming experience within the energy field.
Normal office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, 45 minutes for lunch, and 20 days annual holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
