We are looking to recruit an office administrator to assist in the running of the heating office that covers Gas Boilers, ASHP, ESH, Solar PV and heating controls. Job description
- The successful applicant will provide administration to the Heating Department and all areas of the company.
- You will start off helping with all main admin duties within the office, focused on Heating measures.
- You will be using all Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook, Excel and Word,
- Dealing with incoming emails, paperwork, and inputting data into spreadsheets.
- Liaising with and organising work for the engineers.
- You will deal with each install from a customer’s enquiry, establish eligibility and meet compliance checks, to survey, to ordering of parts through to install and claiming for the funding.
- Check customers eligibilities, provide quotes / scope the job.
- Source / secure funding, arrange DNO’s for ASHP and Solar.
- Do heat loss designs and calculator upscale sizing
- Source and purchase components.
- Oversee the work and ensure all documents are signed by the correct people and the correct photo evidence is provided, finalize all documentation and acquire all certificates, claim the job
- Raise proforma’s for required unfunded work and handle invoices
- Complete assessments, deal with customer complaints, Be the main person to sign up for new accrediting bodies
Skills Required:
- Excellent IT skills, including the ability to use all Microsoft programmes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with accuracy
- Able to work well in a team and on your initiative
- Able to take instructions well, absorb and retain information.
Salary:
£26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year depending on experience
Normal office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
40 hours per week – salary to exceed NMW
Start date immediate, with a three-month probation period
